Judi Leary7 April 2026I want to thank Tabitha for helping me after my husband passed away. She was kind and caring and was able to get an appointment quickly with Troy. Troy was fantastic, comforting and so professional. I have to have a skylight, and some shingles replaced which are necessary but expensive for me on a limited income. He took his time and we sat and talk and he told me everything would be ok and he would help me any way he could. He is an asset to your company and should be rewarded!! Jack Dorman19 February 2026Firstly one of the most important jobs of a business is the office staff. Making appointments, answering questions and call backs, it can make or break a business and every one at one time has had a bad experience, And frankly dealing with the public take a amount of professionalism and at times, thick skin, so my hats off to the women in the office, i appreciate you, and you are knocking it out of the park! I don't think at times the office people get the recognition they deserve. The staff at A&M has always been very nice and have always been respectful and professional, she was able to answer all my questions and always called back when she said she would. the Crew, after the meeting with Dan, (a hell of a guy by the way glad I got to meet him) came to the house and wrapped my windows and did a great job, even though the house being 130 years old the job was quite challenging. we were so happy with the work that we hired then again to replace the gutters and downspouts.Both of The crews went high and above my expectations, windows and the gutters work and look great, the crew worked very well together and everyone was respectful and efficient. So they too were another home run! I enjoyed the experience and would not hesitate to hire them again!
