Why do customers love A&M and refer us to friends and family? Because we do everything in our power to Be Better. Be Different. The motto was adopted by our company and crew and celebrated at Team-up in April of this year. It is our goal to accept the challenge to live the motto everyday, and continue to Be Better. Team-Up Meetings
We pull our staff in for team-up meetings and award an employee of the month, go over training, and finish up with a meal together. A recap of our Employee of the month winners are here to let everyone know how important these employees are to us, and spotlight their success. Thank you Dan, Ty, Josh, and Alicia for your continued commitment to A&M.

Community Service
A&M is all about community service projects. We were ecstatic with the employee participation we had for our blood drive with the South Bend Medical Foundation. We had a few spots for friends and family and 3 community members as well. Overall, we helped with more than 30 doners. Look at us all in our matching Be Better. Be Different. shirts!

President’s Club Awards
When we talk about this achievement, we are beyond proud of what we have accomplished in our 13th year of business. A&M is one of thirty nationwide to be awarded the 3 Star Presidents Club Award. GAF chooses the winning 30 contractors because of their Performance, Reliability, and Service. Our reputation is what sets us apart form our competition, and what helped us win this prestigious award. Thank you to all of our customers who have left us raving reviews, and who refer us to their family and friends.

The 87
The 87 is a townhouse community bordering the Notre Dame campus. This project just continues to grow as we finish each stage. We installed the roofs, windows, and siding on these 5 unit buildings.

Huge Commercial Roofing Project
By far the largest commercial roofing project to date is this retail building in Cincinnati, OH. This project has 1100 square TPO/Flat Roofing as well as 450 square designer asphalt shingles

Hail This Summer
Who hasn’t heard about all of the hail we have had this summer in the Northern Indiana area? It can be a very confusing time if your home was hit and all of the noise coming from roofing companies can be misleading. The issue is that as soon as a hail storm hits, there are dozens of out of town roofing companies that appear overnight.
Insurance work aka. hail storm jobs are great work for us and that is why we to make every effort to help homeowners navigate the storm. Why should customers choose A&M? That is the question we ask ourselves and try to live by. The most important thing to do is work with a company you can trust to do the job right and be around in the event there are future issues. Then, will you have a warranty to backup workmanship? Overall, are you truly confident in the roof you have to live under for the next 25-50 years? If you have a solid conviction after answering those three questions, then we imagine you will choose A&M!

Boys & Girls Club Gala 2022
This was a rewarding event, A&M sponsored a table and donated 3 sets of gutters for the raffle. The Boys and Girls Club needs these events to support their scholarship kids. We really enjoyed the evening and the 80’s theme. We had some real contenders for the best dressed.

90+ piers with 36 of them on the interior of the building!
This job is a monster. To put it into perspective, 36 piers we pushed were in the interior of an office building. What does that mean? Well, we had to hand dig each hole! They used jackhammers to get below the concrete and then small shovels to dig 4 to 5 feet deep. They had to unearth the footer, which we use to stabilize the foundation. Once the piers were driven to a solid strata, each hole had to be backfilled and new concrete poured. Absolute back breaking work. These guys then went outside the building and installed nearly 60 more piers. Great job Ian and team.
Our sales team has learned the art of giving back! The team pitched in and donated food for the Marshall County Humane Society.

Hear Ye, Hear Ye!!!
Last year A&M acquired 4D Custom Woodworking. Dan, the owner, came onboard with us and has been leading a team doing Hardwood Floor Refinishing. Well, it is time to let you know how we can help you. Over time hardwoods can begin to look dull, scratched, or even outdated. It is easy to update your entire home, with a fresh new look, at a fraction of the cost of replacement. The stain options have grown and Dan can do custom colors as well.

And The Winner Is
The roof raffle was a great success. Congratulations go out to Crystal Wittig and family. In the end we were able to raise $9300 for the Ballinger family! Thank you everyone who purchased raffle tickets and came to the event to support. The best part of this event is being able to help two families, one family won a new roof and Kathy’s family recieved the benefit of the $9,300.

Have you liked our Facebook page? If so, you have seen us giving away Chicago and South Bend Cubs tickets. This couple won tickets and it looks like they had a blast! Keep an eye out… there are more tickets coming soon!
The guys at A&M had a Father/Son work day at the cabin in Michigan. They rode ATV’s on the trails and enjoyed their meals together. But, they also did some hard work. They needed to clear some trails, and finish the shiplap and flooring. They had a good time working with their kids and showing them the reward for hard work. We enjoy family time at A&M, why not get work done and show the kids the value of hard work.

Everyone Meet Walter! The New A&M Mascot.
Our roofing repair supervisor Mike Howell rescued the baby squirrel after a fall. Now, most days the two can be found working together, repairing roofs, and installing flat roofing systems.

Employee of the Year Contest
Rewarding hard work is the cornerstone to our employees loyalty and continued commitment. We have designed a contest around employees pointing out their peers positive teamwork. We will be taking nominations through the end of November and awarding the winner at our Christmas party. The winner will be awarded a 7 night stay at their choice of Sandal’s Resorts for themselves and a guest, flight and $500spending money.

When A&M sees a great cause, we make the effort to do what we can to help. Our annual roof giveaway is coming in the form of a raffle this year in support of The Kathy Ballinger Family. With the assistance of the Bremen VFW we are putting on a roof raffle and the winner will receive a free roof. Each $10 ticket will receive an entry into the roof raffle. Friday June 3, 2022 we will have a benefit for Kathy and her family at the Bremen VFW with door prizes, raffle baskets, a 50/50 drawing, and the roof raffle will be drawn at 7:30pm.
