Ian and his crew were here yesterday to secure a part of the kitchen floor that was failing due to a recent problem with the adjacent utility room floor. He corrected the problem with a beam and stabilizers to raise the joists to the correct level. Not only are we ecstatic about the eradication of our stress, but the minimal cost and the mountain of free advice from an obvious expert really made us proud to have entrusted Ian and A&M Home Services with correcting the problem.
